In loving memory of Dale Vesey

After receiving a 12-18 month prognosis when diagnosed in May of 2022, Dale was so proud to have exceeded her oncologists expectations. She cheekily attributed her triumph to eating Dragon Fruit and Brazilian Cherries. Her oncologist was always impressed and told her, whatever you're doing, keep doing it! It was certainly also her stress free, gentle nature and the love of her husband, family and friends that kept her going too.

Sadly her journey ended 2.5 years after diagnosis. Dale passed away on September 13, 2024 surrounded by loved ones. She will be extremely missed by all, especially her husband, children and grandchildren. She was a loving wife, amazing mum, caring sister, beloved aunty and doting Nana.  She was also a beautiful friend to many. Everybody who came into contact with her immediately warmed to her.

We were all lucky to have had the time we did with her and will miss her deeply.
