Track your activity

Track your daily activity with Strava and share your progress on social media using #Workout4Women.

During the challenge (1-30 November), you'll be able to track your distance automatically by using a Strava account with your smartphone as well as your fitness tracking device if you have one. This will automatically sync your kilometers to your Workout 4 Women distance goal.

Follow these steps to track your KMs automatically:
  • Download the Strava app to your phone.  Just search for 'Strava'.  Watch demonstration
  • Set up your Strava account using the same email address you used to register for Workout 4 Women.  A free account is adequate for tracking your activity.
  • Log in to your ‘Workout 4 Women’ profile page.  Watch demonstration
  • Click ‘Connect Strava’
  • Follow the prompts to connect your account
  • When you next work out, select ‘record’ and 'start' in the app on your phone. Once you end your workout, save your workout and your distance will be published to the tally on your page the following day. Don’t forget to record and start your workout every day!
