Workout for Women is a way to feel good and do good by setting a fundraising fitness, health or well-being challenge for the month of November and raising funds while taking part in the challenge. Anyone across Australia can take part!
It’s easy to get involved:
2. Set a health, fitness or wellness goal
3. Share your fundraising page with friends and family so they can sponsor you
4. Choose how you will take on the challenge. You can register as an individual or gather your friends to register as a team and take on a challenge together. Make sure to let them know about Fernwood's special offer below of $10 for 10 days.

Think this is a challenge for women only? No way! We encourage men to join in the challenge too! Although you won't be able to sign up with Fernwood, you can still pick a goal to work on and fundraise for the women in your lives.
Which goal will you set to raise money for women with ovarian cancer this November?
GOAL #1 FOR MOVEMENT
Set a goal with a specific number of steps, or reach a specific distance.
Aim for 10,000 or even 15,000 steps a day, run or cycle 5km by the end of the month or aim to climb the equivalent of a mountain in steps at home - the choice is yours!
GOAL #2 FOR STRENGTH
Set a goal to lift a specific weight within the month.
Feeling strong? Aim for a personal best squat weight or lift 1000kg in total throughout the month.
GOAL #3 FOR CONNECTION
Set a goal to attend a specific number of group classes to improve health and create connections with my Fernwood community.
Grab a workout buddy and smash out your goals together 3 times a week.
GOAL #4 FOR WELLBEING
Set a goal to achieve greater wellbeing by attending a specific number of yoga, Pilates and meditation classes.
Complete 5 wellbeing classes in a week or 20 classes in a month.
GOAL #5 FOR CHANGE
Set a goal to see a physical change in my body - inside and out.
Lose a nominated amount of centimetres or quit sugar for a month!
