Topic:  Meditation and Mindfulness: Join Patrick Rowlinson from the Golden Thread Healing Centre as he discusses the many ways we can incorporate meditation and mindfulness into our every day lives to relax the body and calm the mind.

Stockland provides a free coffee for each attendee. All patients, former patients, family members and carers are encouraged to attend. Survivors of other types of gynaecological cancers are also welcome.
