On Thursday the 12th of August qualified Art Therapist Shannon Bush from Creative Possibility will run a mini workshop starting with a short guided meditation followed by an art making session. During this session Shannon will give women an opportunity for reflection, meditation and creative expression whilst having a bit of fun.  No art experience is necessary.
