On Thursday the 12th of August Shiatsu Therapist and Yoga teacher Sandra Sebelis who is also a State Representative and Executive Director for the Australian Traditional Medicine Society, will be discussing the benefits of meditation and relaxation. Sandra will also lead participants in a mediation session and introduce women to a variety of relaxation techniques including visualisations.
