Awareness resources
Ovarian Cancer Australia’s awareness initiatives and resources are designed to raise awareness of ovarian cancer in the community and educate women about risks and symptoms so that they seek early medical advice, giving them a greater chance of survival.
Our awareness resources include:

- This brochure clearly explains the risk factors and symptoms of ovarian cancer — information that every woman needs to know.
- Click here to download a PDF of the brochure.
Awareness poster
- This A3 poster offers clear information about the symptoms of ovarian cancer and is suitable to display in offices, waiting rooms and at community events.
Use our contact form to request brochures and posters to display in your workplace or at your community event.

- Ovarian Cancer Australia's Symptom diary has been developed so women can track their symptoms every day over a 4-week period.
- The diary focuses on the symptoms that are most frequently reported by women who are diagnosed with ovarian cancer.
- Enables women to easily record and better communicate the symptoms they are experiencing with their GP.
- GPs can easily identify if symptoms have been present more than 12 times during a 4-week period.
- Provides women with tips for communicating with their GP.
