Carolyn Reynolds

Director

Carolyn is a Partner of international law firm Minter Ellison and has been involved with Ovarian Cancer Australia as its pro bono legal adviser since 2001. Carolyn joined the board of Ovarian Cancer Australia in 2007. 

In her professional life, Carolyn advises major corporations in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, all aspects of securities, including fund raising and general corporate advice on all aspects of Australia's Corporations Act and the Australian Stock Exchange Listing Rules.

Carolyn undertook the Williamson Community Leadership Program in 2006.

Each year in February Ovarian Cancer Australia runs a national Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month campaign to highlight the symptoms of ovarian cancer and to raise funds for our programs.
