2012 Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month was launched today, 1 February, at Federation Square in Melbourne.

Speakers included Chair of Ovarian Cancer Australia, Paula Benson, Professor David Bowtell, Head, Cancer Genomics and Genetics, Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, and Carmel McCarthy, ovarian cancer survivor. MC was Nicole Livingstone, Patron of Ovarian Cancer Australia.
